Anyone ever successfully booked an Avianca flight on Avianca . com using an Australian credit card?

Seems they only accept cards issued in some South/Central/North American countries :(
 
Acceptance of Australian issued credit cards appears to be a limitation or restriction in many US websites like Priceline and Orbitz.
