Brisbane Airport Parking - current discounts available

I haven't been offered discounts for a long time. Got my next trip on Sunday, but not expecting any discounts...as they've been full for a while (had to take up a Guaranteed spot on my last trip a week ago).

Anyone have any working codes at the moment? Looking for parklong domestic.
Just out of interest how long do you need parking?

I recently parked 37 days undercover at Alpha parking and it was ~$220.

Have a booking next week for 8 days $117.

There is a discount when you pay if you say you're a returning customer. Somewhere between 10%-20%. I can't get BNE airport parking to get anywhere near these rates for undercover parking.

We need 8 days, but the convenience of parking at the terminal is close to the difference between a couple of uber trips

I don't understand why you'd need Uber to/from terminal?

Alpha (and Andrews) both provide complimentary transport to/from both airport terminals in Brisbane between 4:00am and 11:00pm.

You'd be at the airport in less than half an hour.

I arrived at BNE international last Sunday morning and was ready to leave around ~7:30am. On the way to pickup point point I called Alpha and they said they can get me on the minibus about to depart and I did. I was in my car in less than 30 minutes and home before 9:00am. But even if I didn't make that minibus the next minibus is only 20 minutes away.

@JohnK I believe that @mjgriffo is comparing the cost of a rideshare to and from home (or work) versus the cost of the parking (that is how I assess the relative value). For me, any short stay (1-2 nights) is better parking - generally cost is <$70 parking versus $80+ in rideshare. Beyond that, th value is in having your car there if you have a lot of luggage (with longer trips) versus inability to fit everything into anything but the most expensive (large car) rideshares.

Sorry @QF WP still does not make sense to me unless 30 minutes is important.

- $85 for 8 days open air parking in Airpark 1
- $155 for 8 days park&fly undercover or open air
- $159 for 8 days parklong majority of spaces undercover

Or

- $117 for 8 days Alpha undercover parking (this will come down to ~$105 with returning customer discount)

The 30 minutes to/from Alpha airport parking does not bother me.

Anyway to each their own.

Current 30 minute Domestic Terminal Waiting Area will close, to be replaced by 30 minutes free parking in Domestic ParkShort from 11 March, closer to the terminal:

I think I've mentioned my dilemma in another thread. We are away for 31 days beginning Christmas Day. I want car undercover not in an open air carpark.

Andrews is $400. That's steep.

Alpha is closed Christmas Day. If I take car in previous afternoon cost for 32 days, undercover, is $220-$240 with my returning customer discount. Uber Christmas morning will be $60-$100?

BAC airport parking is around $330 but the only option is valet style parking and there's no guarantee the car will be undercover. Even if I got undercover looks to be around around $500, if not more.

I think best choice is Alpha. Am I missing something?
