yeah we know it won't be a quiet night when he is around, New Zealand was a big drinking weekend. :shock:

Haha, well my sister needs an early night and I’m quite keen not to be too hungover come Saturday morning.

I'm flying this Saturday, will put a note in my phone to pick one up for you.

"Just rocking up" might be a wee difficult when that involves a distance of close to 10,000 miles*. Even the keenest GCC member might find that a stretch (all that walking and swimming... the beer had better be worth it!)

Reminds me of a Hash House Harriers shindig (the drinking club with a running problem) when one of the Aussie blokes was getting married in Switzerland & said anyone who was over there at the time was more than welcome to attend.....dangerous thing to say as I believe there was quite a turnout from Down Under!

As the next drinks night is close to AFF#4, there shall be no drink in October. That being said, we hope to see all at Oktoberfest drinks at the German Club, Friday 1st October for the usual Oktoberfest hijinks. Let's start early!
