Hi all another update for you from Chloe's mum.

Again we say thank you for the support and generosity from a wonderful group of people, With out you then none of this good news would have been possible, THANK YOU

Chloë last scan was stable not showing any new growth but from starting the charity/jammed fund and talking to bone cancer research who helps set up and helps us run our special named fund/charity we have found out more info one being that the survival rates are low as they don't catch the relapse early enough and research has shown that some ewing sarcomas have some very slow growing cells that don't react to chemo or radiotherapy that's why they relapse but have to wait for government to approve testing ect to be able to see which patients have those cells. We won't know true results for proton untill Chloë has the 10yr all clear (if Chloë keeps getting continuous stable results from scans this kinda shows that the proton is having a positive effect) xx

Continuing with the good news here is the latest update.

We are all so proud of her and the family and thank you all for your support during her difficult times.

THANK YOU.

It has been a little while so thought I would do one last update every one.

Firstly again a sincere thank you to all that contributed and supported Chloe and the family during a very difficult time. You are all amazing.

Chloe is doing exceptionally well and studying hard to follow her dreams of becoming a Doctor.

The family is driven in its efforts to raise money to support and help people in the same position and are continuously raising money for research into this terrible disease.

Again thank you to one and all.

We dream of the day that they find a cure for this dreadful disease.

We are all proud of Chloe and her achievements thus far and her show of strength and courage and hope it provides hope and inspiration to any one that needs it. NEVER give up.

As they say in the classics Thank you and Good Night. :):):)

Sometimes adversity gives the impetus needed to change your world, Chloe has done that. How different she may have been without this journey as part of her life. Now she has a life richer and with more understanding and I'll hazard a guess, learnt about growing up much quicker than others her age.

How quickly things change

Chloe's tests are back. Besides the Ewings she also has acute myeloid leukemia that has spread from her blood to her skin. They intend to start the chemo for the leukemia by Thursday, she'll have one week then 3 weeks for the body to recover if it doesn't recover sufficiently then that's it, nothing more they can do. She's been told survival is very poor. If she's lucky & chemo is helping she'll then need a bone marrow transplant from either one of her brothers whomever is a match.

This will be the last update to this thread.

Unfortunately the treatment that Chloe has been undertaken has not been successful and they have now decided to stop all treatment as there is now nothing else they can do for her.

Chloe has been amazing and strong even now she has agreed to be part of a trial to help extend cancer patients lives. Even with this she is not expected to make here Birthday in December.

Thank you to all that have supported Chloe s Fight.

Remember to make the most of every day, make sure you tell and show those that you love every day how much they mean to you, as we never know what is around the corner.

Thank you and Take Care

I'm so sorry to read this. My heartfelt thoughts to Chloe, you and her family. It's unfair and cruel.

It is with much sadness and a heavy heart that I write the final chapter to this thread.

Chloe lost her battle with this terrible disease passing away quietly 2 hours a go with her family at her side.

May she rest in peace and be free from pain and carefree

She will always be in our hearts and thoughts such a precious angel now looking over us all.

Thank you to one and all,
