I've been trying to log into the Virgin Australia Business Flyer rewards portal for about half an hour, and still can't get it to work. Am I doing something wrong or is the website just broken?

I can log into my account via the booking portal without issues. But when I try logging into the rewards portal (this requires you to login again, for some reason), it asks me to enter my username & password again and then doesn't accept them. I get this error:

I then tried to reset the password, but the "reset password" email isn't coming through when I try to do this.

So I then tried calling VA Business Flyer. They sent me a link to reset my password, which I did, but when I tried then logging into the rewards portal again with the new password I got the exact same error message. And the "reset password" link still doesn't come through.

What am I doing wrong?

Just logged in OK here, maybe fixed?

I still can't log in. Are you able to login the rewards portal (i.e. where you go to see points activity and transfer/redeem points) or just the booking portal?

I tried emailing their support team, which is what the call centre suggested. I got a reply to my email and tried everything they suggested, but got error messages every step of the way. So I emailed back and got this response:

"We may advise to check the Rewards portal again from time to time and revisit the Forgot Password option. We understand that this is not the outcome you are expecting, and we appreciate your patience on this matter."
