End of a long day and I simply can't think of anything witty that goes with Hungary. The burger was cooked in Greece and topped with Turkey... oh dear.

Middle of a long day when I wrote it, and at least the greek turkey has made me a little less PO'd with stupidity and lies. Thanks.

Back in 1969 flying from Lae to Rabaul on a TAA DC3 a couple of locals got on carrying a spear in one hand and a piglet under the other arm.
No problems until we hit turbulence.I found out what caused those little holes in the roof and the piglets escaped.Everyone was much more laid back then.Everyone was laughing watching the FA try to catch the pigs.

I flew from Madrid to Milan last year with Iberia and was really surprised to see people with small dogs as "hand luggage". I must admit they must have been used to flying as they sat quite contentedly on their owner's laps without making a sound.

In 1995 we "hand carried" our folded up hang gliders onto a Aeroflot plane with rear entrance on a domestic flight in Siberia. As the only foreigner on board I expected us to be thrown off but no all was good.
The pilot actually climbed over the pile (laid in the aisle at 4m long) on his way to the coughpit.
