Cathay unconfirmed flights

Cathay unconfirmed flights - please help

My family and I have several bookings with Cathay both reward seats and full paid fares. Cathay staff will not confirm seats and in fact have cancelled confirmed seats. The call centre is impossible and staff refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Does anyone have a better contact number? We literally have no seats back into Aus from HKG as they have cancelled all our confirmed seats. Thanks

Since you’ve posted in the Cathay forum, I presume you’ve booked direct with Cathay and not with Qantas points via Qantas?

The rewards are Qantas but paid flights with CX

I’m concerned about contacting CX that’s why I posted here. There’s lots of info on QF thankfully. Do you know any alternative way to contact CX?
