Chairman’s lounge survey

Today I received an invitation to partake in the Chairman’s lounge survey as a result of my valued loyalty and CL membership.

As a lowly bronze I’m delighted to be informed of my sudden jump in status.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide any constructive feedback at this stage given I’ve never been a CL member nor I have I ever visited this mysterious lounge.

Anybody else get the email invite?

Only issue is she is a Bronze Member with no club membership. Think I might getter her to contact them and say she has lost her card, could they send a replacement

Well I've given my feedback and have clearly stated I won't be accepting future invitations to join unless same changes are made.
I want a pie warmer replete with a selection of pastries including jumbo sausage rolls
TAB outlet (Keeno optional) with at least 4 screens
A 15 person hot tub with runway views.
Fully equipped Gym
2 full sized snooker tables

Let's see if they really value my status in life.

I also rcvd it and binned it imm - I too am palest of pale bronze - only time I have had my cough in a QF plane in 10yrs is 2 x F rdpts to / fro USA and 1 x J rdpt MNL-MEL - but I did have 80 SCs AOPIT due to AA flts in USA so maybe that's where QF see my likely ascension?

Look at the address it was sent from. It is not a do not reply email address.
It looks good but this is problematic.....
Is it a scam? If so, the details are correct so ...has qantas for been hacked??
If not it is very shoddy from qantas....

My email has my FF# and my points balance on it so if they have been hacked, it's a little more than "problematic".

This looks like a massive mistake from Qantas - survey is “now closed”.

A friend of ours also just received it. He forwarded to us to check it out. Bronze, very little flying. That's some giant snafu!!

Do not complete the survey - has qantas been hacked?

Not sure it's been hacked however the survey web page which contains your FF# and points balance (along with your status and email address) is insecure - using html and no certificates.
Very poor online security from Qantas and/or their marketing agency.
I note the survey is now closed.

I got it too. I'm bronze as all work travel is with VA. Can't wait to take advantage of everything my new status provides though, I do miss the first class lounge....

If you have never been in a Chairman's Lounge, how do you know that they don't have those things already? Bob Hawke would be a member and I think most items on your list would be a basic necessity for him.
(Admission: I have been guested in a couple of times but that was at least 10 years ago, so they might have "improved" things since then)
