Advised via email of acceptance of delayed luggage claim in full (converted to AUD at not so great exchange rate) with no excess capped at AUD500 was received today. Funds expected in nominated account within 3 working days.

Same here. But they do say we are supposed to claim from the airline first.

Recently returned from overseas where AeroMexico lost our luggage for 36 hrs.

As we were in transit in YVR for one night and not sure if 1. They would find 2. If they found, not sure if they would get it to us in time before our next flights, we went and bought sufficient clothes to last us 4 days until we reached home.

We lodged an online delayed luggage claim on May 28th with Allianz on claimmanager.com.au/anz with flight details, a screen shot of the luggage delay report in the AeroMexico system, and screen shots of receipts in CAD from shops in YVR.
