Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour on either of the first two Saturdays in October.

Hi everyone
I have redeemed a Stay Plus night at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi during a 5 night stay from 23-30 May 3025.
Then along comes triple points.
Can anyone see if a Stay Plus night is showing as available during these dates?
I am seriously considering cancelling and rebooking... thanks!

New Accor+ (Gold) here and trying to learn the ropes. Wondering why people are asking if StayPlus is available for certain hotel/date?

I have an existing 2 night stay coming up in Brisbane, so I looked for the same reservation using StayPlus and it quoted me for the stay, only 1 night's cost. So that's fine.

I then checked an existing 1 night stay at BKK, and it gave me a $0 price for the base rooms, and the incremental price for better rooms. So again, all fine.

Am I missing something?

I need to book 4 (more) nights in Tokyo late April and plan to use a stay plus for one of them - is there a pick (or 2) of the Accor properties in Tokyo?

(Or a better thread to ask in?)

Thanks. I'm used to sounding (or even being) dumb :) , so I'll ask - if people don't have an active certificate, why the need to ask?
Because if you can confirm the night is available, then subscribing / paying the annual fee might be worthwhile.

If the night isn’t available, deferring your sign up might be more advantageous.

There’s discussion of TYO properties from this post onwards:

Let's say I want to stay in March next year but my Accor Plus year ticks over end of August. On 1st Sept I'll get my free night again. If I know there isn't a free night for when I want to stay I can safely just do a normal booking now rather than hold out.

Thanks again.

In any event, I guess you choose the most expensive hotel for the StayPlus? My up-coming stay in BKK is $380 flexible for the base room, so the $320 Accor+ fee is already paid for if I choose that. Should I hold out for a more expensive stay? Is there a cap on the $ value of the StayPlus stay?

Is there a cap on the $ value of the StayPlus stay?
Pretty sure StayPlus is capped. I only have Sydney/Melbourne use, and in the past generally got about $200 value. Sometimes you'll see more expensive hotels where it indicates a StayPlus night plus a top up fee (and you can estimate the Stayplus value was around $200)

OK, thanks. Looks like I'll grab the BKK room - $380 current flex booking and $0 using StayPlus :). Top-up fee for higher classification rooms.

Not true
I used my Stay Plus at Sofitel Queenstown and the rate was $740p/n
I have often seen the Swissotel Singapore have Stay Plus nights when the rate is $500p/n too

I've had luck in the past at the Sofitel Melbourne and Swissotel Sydney (used there for a suite to massively bring the price down).

Where are you staying in BKK?
