Did they post in the same statement cycle that you ticked over the required amount?

I signed up in January when the spend was $7500 for the same deal...spent the amount in the second statement cycle which ended mid march but haven't seen the points. Not sure if its worth calling yet..
Yes, only had the card for just over a month, so only 1 statement received.

Has anyone tried transferring points to Velocity? If so, how long did you receive the points?

Applied last week. Everytime I called, I was advised to wait for 24-48hrs as the application just processed today. Sick of the customer service. Can I cancel the application?

Credited when statement received, and yes, ive set up the PayALL for 20k, so it also counts
I received the 300k plus 20k for the tranfer, also had 5k of personal spend.
So just to confirm how this works in practice? You transfer $10000 from your credit card to payall and you don't get charged cash advance fees and by doing that you meet minimum spend requirements. It cannot be that easy?.

One more question There doesn't seem to be much restriction on what a bill is? Whilst I am sure that they don't intend this couldn't you just set up a payment to your own bank account? Thanks in advance

I had a frustrating/interesting time today contacting concierge to make use of a luxury transport: the number I have 1800 782 948 got me to NAB announcement they have taken over Citi and proceeded to offer me few options: credit cards, debit ... but no concierge, so I selected credit card option. A gentleman answered, told him I want Citi concierge and was told I called the wrong number. He proceeded to give me the correct number 1800 782 948 (exact the same number). After I told him that the number I rang, he then gave me another (02) ... number which I rang, got the same NAB message, same options ... so selected the credit card option again. A different guy answered and the story was repeated, he then gave me another (02) ... number that I could try. I insisted he transferred me instead. Finally got to the concierge (a lady) and did my transport request. But then she told me I will be charged the new rate which won't apply till June (my date is next week). She went away then came back to tell me, I will be charged $125 and Citi will refund $15 later. Interesting to see what will happen next.

I wrote down the last phone number but left it at work, will post it tomorrow in case someone wants to contact Citi concierge (no guarantee it will work as I didn't try).

I just realised I wore the post July rate on a transfer I did on Monday from ool to surfers.

Will follow up on my return…

Has anyone else utilised the 4th night free feature? The T&Cs state you get the credit after completing the stay but I received it 10 days after booking. The hotel was reserved for June.

The credit is also the averaged cost for one night, not just anextra free night. Slight distinction but it means you won't get more value by having the last night on a more expensive day.

I’ve had the same experience

I've got a booking for an upcoming stay in September. CC charged on 14 April but no rebates as yet. Will see if anything pops up in the week ahead.

Update on the previous post re Citi Concierge and Luxury Transfer.

Citi Concierge phone number: 02 8225 0042 (from the emails) or 02 7907 0814 (I called this number)

Luxury Transfer: I got two emails late last Friday (21/04), one to confirm my reservation for the next day (22/04) and the other to inform me that the 2023 rate was applied (dearer) but I will be refunded by Citi and also to let me know additional $25 (instead of $10) was successfully charged to my Citi Prestige. As of today (26/04), that $25 still hasn't shown up on my card !!! I got a good feeling about this, maybe I am lucky :)

I booked a fully refundable hotel and received the credit after 10 days. I ended up cancelling and was the credit was clawed back.
