Worked in my App for myself and Husband, but for my two kids I get "offer not available in app"
Same app, same phone.

Similar, 3 of family worked and 2 didn't on the same phone. I didn't spend any more time on it.

I am not downloading, till they say its a must for everyone, that its needed to do OLCI for all and every domestic flight.
So, its not a cert that everyone who downloads the app will get the points.
I didn't get involved in the previous chance to win, as mentioned above, so can't say.
Its hard to say too, if you do win a small amount of points, if it will count as activity, as there is nothing on a person's VFF account that signifies as activity, like what used to show on the QFF side, when we used to have the squiggle to show SC earnings, but that got removed.
Maybe if you do need activity, without flying, is to as mention on other threads, buy some knick knacks from the VFFstore.

Thanks, when it didn't work for my kids I assumed it was 18+ but never looked into it.

Tried the app again this morning and it worked.

I got in contact with Velocity. Uninstalling and re-installing the app worked on Android. They're quite aware of this issue.

I used IOS one and no issues. May be restart the app and try again.

I logged in with my daughters account and it came up with the error. Restarted the app and the offer is not available/visible

Reinstalled the app. Still missing from my daughters account but successful with my two sons and wife’s account. Odd. My daughter is the only <18yo

I got the same when trying to enrol my kids in the offer! Re-read the original post and found it is for over 18's only!

Considering the promo is for using the Velocity App, and check in is done in the Virgin Australia App...

and the ~ for qantas denoted an eligible flight against the requirement to do 4 flights to get status, not to show if points earning counted as activity.

I have tried for 3 days in a row with no success. However I have just uninstalled and reinstalled app - and it works.....Success.

Clear the data & cache of the app on your phone, log in again and it should work.

Possibly. My guess is that during the last such "promotion", lots of parents who use family pooling also signed up their kids for the offer. Which defeats the main purpose of the promo, i.e. for Velocity to get an idea of how many individual members are actively engaged.
