Just go when it’s quiet and advise you will be paying by multiple gift cardsI am a little concerned I may have been a bit flippant in my gift voucher purchases today. I visited three stores to get 15 cards and need a further three, to purchase an iPad at JB-Hi Fi.
I vaguely recall someone saying that you can only redeem a certain number at a time. I also vaguely recall someone else saying (s)he just buys JB Hi-Fi gift cards with the third party ones to get around that problem.
Can anyone confirm the former of these vague recollections? Because the T&Cs of JB Hi-Fi don't allow for the latter, so i may be slightly screwed here...! If I am, does anyone have any work arounds to suggest?
I will be purchasing the iPad in store, not online.
There's no limit (subject to staff indulgence) as to how many gift cards you can use in store at JB HiFi. I've found that if you are up front about it, they usually are very accomodating. I've used 50+ in a transaction without issue - except for the time taken for all involved.I am a little concerned I may have been a bit flippant in my gift voucher purchases today. The Ts & Cs of the purple and yellow Mastercards was limit of 5 per flybuys account. They vary with each promotion so you have to really check them!I haven't received the 2000 flybuys bonus for the second batch of gift cert MCs I purchased during the promo that just ended. Normally I get around to buying only 1 batch of 5 during the promo, as most Coles stores in this area aren't exactly close. But this time I visited two different stores on two separate days, and I purchased a batch of 5 cards each day. Has the rule changed so that you can only receive the 2000 bonus points for each card once per week instead of once per day? I did receive the regular Flybuys for the spend.
Ouch!! Oh, well, thanks for the info. The Ts & Cs of the purple and yellow Mastercards was limit of 5 per flybuys account. They vary with each promotion so you have to really check them!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's just going to be $13 off the $250 cards, so they'll cost $244 after you factor in the $7 fee. Sadly, not 10% off as I was hoping. All $250 Coles Mastercards missing from my local Coles store today. Something must be coming next week!

I have to pay council rates and I wouldn't get full CC points for that, so these are perfect, $6 discount on rates per card and full AMEX pointsI'm one of those, $6 saving per $250 is not worth the effort
So you can pay council rates with these or any gift cards?I have to pay council rates and I wouldn't get full CC points for that, so these are perfect, $6 discount on rates per card and full AMEX points
Visa, Mastercard type cards. Not 'any' gift card.So you can pay council rates with these or any gift cards?
Your need a few cards obviously, you pay online or at post office?
