Our last communication two months ago has us in a 10 week hold for the investigation to take place. Two weeks to go on that, just wondering which govt authority to lodge a complaint with FSO or other when, as I suspect, Coles/Heritage are hoping we have forgotten about it.
We had a plan for future purchases to use the card same day of purchase but if it can be hacked within an hour - that’s less than the travel time to home from our nearest Coles - it’s just not worth the risk for us.

I have never had an issue with digital but I don't have much data to go on.

Is the ultimate him included in this deal?
Yes. Coles only ever shows the images of 5-6 cards when they run promotions on the entire Ultimate range but the other cards have always been included.
