Commonwealth awards points ratio vs QFF points

Hi all...
Just wondering if there is a way to test the value of commonwealth bank award points for booking on flight centre, if you don't have an account with them? The flight centre/comm bank page talks about logging into netbank awards and looking but I'm trying to suss this card out for value for Dad before he signs up to one! He's interested in the $200 flight centre voucher at the moment and opportunity to earn points he can pay for flights for through flight centre (just domestic y flying most likely). Thanks heaps!

It's 18,600 CBA points for a $100 worth of Flight Centre "stuff".

The ratio remains the same regardless of whether you're spending $100 or $10000.
