I've no problems with this occurring on the basis that Citibank improved their performance levels by 10,000%

As long as they let us earn ATO points I don’t care but understand that it’s not a profitable exercise for banks which is why Citi is acting to make changes where the current operator hasn’t done so (as was the case with the Coles card). Wish it wasn’t so but that’s life I guess.
