Just watch out for the dancing on the way back! The bar car can be a hoot of a place to be.

What a disappointment - I was looking forward to seeing the chandelier!

Andean Explorer - Cusco – Puno. we then went on to an overnight cruise on Lake Titicaca to Bolivia.

We hiked to MP, Stayed 2 nights at Aguas Calientes, then caught train back to Ollaytantambo.
It was not the Hiram Bingham, but we had the seats right beside the driver, so front seat views for the train ride.

We tossed up on the Explorer - 10.5hrs seems like an endurance event. However, the reviews, photos, scenery, experience compelled us to book it.

Thanks. Taking photos on the phone, and seamlessly uploading to AFF using the (old) App - makes the whole process easy and fairly effortless. If/when the old App dies ... I'd probably wouldn't bother posting

With you there. Have you updated the iphone IOS software? I am so sick of the daily reminder but I didn't want to break the old AFF app. Things we do.
