I was eventually able to get 2 bottles in NSW with the $15 delivery. Wouldn’t allow standard free delivery, which is annoying and hard to understand. Even more annoyingly, SB has only tracked at 4% rather than 15% - follow-up needed.

I went to get some of the Mount Mary (thanks for the tip) but couldn't find any $15 delivery option... is it the deliver within 2hrs option?

I thought maybe I'd head to a store but can I do shopback over the counter? Seems not. I can't see that option anywhere, but I thought someone mentioned otc a while back...

Had to accept a refund on the LE Art Series this morning. Well overdue so thought I'd better call. Seems my order was "lost in space" and of course now out of stock. Mixed between and . I got in so early and only ordered 6 bottles! Maybe I should have ordered 100....

Yes, so the MM stock is probably OOS in the warehouse distribution centres, but individual stores would still carry them. The offer is delivery only, so the $15 delivery ('Just Say When' option) seems to be the only method, as it takes stock from your local store. It takes a bit of fiddling around and probably only worth if purchasing multiple bottles to average out delivery cost. And yep tracking is incorrect, but I was half expecting to chase Shopback on that anyway. And terms do allow gift card use.

ShopBack: In September 2020, the cashback reward program ShopBack suffered a data breach. The incident exposed over 20 million unique email addresses along with names, phone numbers, country of residence and passwords stored as salted SHA-1 hashes. The data was provided to HIBP by dehashed.com.
