What is the reason for the additional $35 discount? I do see it comes up when I load up 2 cases
The offer was emailed this week

@misohoney just picked up a sixer today of the Hare's Chase that I had dropped in my cart on the 14th (and promptly forgotten about), it was available for collection at our local DM still at the original $99 - I'm a happy camper as it's a lovely drop...
Can you share your tasting notes? Is it more a cool climate 2017 shiraz or a typical big fruity Barossa?

my local what ? Dan Murphy's ?
Yes
$106 at Dan’s if you can find them it seems
Yeah, only 1 bottle and I bought it. I checked state wide here and couldn't find it anywhere else.

I figure it's been on clearance for years, and just never sold at this one particular store. I was only looking, because I have a pick up there.

I did see some Moss Wood 2011, for I think around $97

BWS have dropped a few to 50% discount in Melbourne. Thomas Hardy Cabernet, Teusner righteous Grenache, Wolf Blass Black, Petaluma Chardonnay and Merlot. Have a look at Highett, Mentone, Thrift Park if they are near to you. Even better with 10% rewards discount, not waiting for Shopback.
I picked these up today. The Thomas Hardy was 2013, so good to have a bit of age. Have never had it before, surprised it gets such low ratings on Vivino?

Try one and let us know?

A lot of those reviewers will have paid $100-120 and there are some incredible wines available at that price. Even more so for savvy buyers like people on this forum. It's quite possible that at $100+ it doesn't stack up to the competition but at $60 it would be a different proposition

Just out of interest - was it 2017 vintage?
It was indeed

It is closer to a Eden Valley cooler climate Shiraz than a Marananga (which is where it hails from) in style, elegant and fragrant, certainly no fruit bomb here, it wears its 15% ABV with ease and unfolds beautifully in the glass, I 'dips me lid' to Rug who put me onto this fine drop some years ago...

Thanks for your TNs. I too had them in the Dan’s cart & forgot. 2x6 for me.

Mount Langi Ghiran
Langi Shiraz 2007 $103
Normally new releases $170-199
I've found 1 bottle at my local on cellar release. Anyone ever tried any vintage?
Saw the '95Vintage at First Choice earlier today, $76ea in a case of 6.
Copy/paste of link not quite right, a seatch will get it.
