Mydeal just cancel half orders in my 2 transactions. It cancels 3 out of 6 dozen wines. NSaot sure they will found and cancel the rest of the orders.

They must have been busy. And I suspect the reason given by Vinomofo (out of stock) was bull...t for we stuffed up our pricing. Anyway, cudos to Coles and Dans for honouring their amazing specials over the years.

It appears that all the wines that were listed as available this morning at the normal prices are now showing as out of stock, have Vinomofo ceased listing on Mydeal?

Yeah, the "No stock" excuse was a mistake, later corrected.
But the whole thing was an obvious major error and no one should have expected them to actually honour the prices of 6/12 bottles for the price of one. The best anyone could have hoped for is the occasional order might not be cancelled due to more human error.

As my first post on the matter said, if you want to try to take advantage of the error, don't cough when it doesn't happen. They are legally perfectly entitled to cancel the orders. I think any of their regular customers would understand this, they probably aren't too worried about the those who would be upset when their attempt to take advantage didn't work out.

Agreed - A bit entitled to expect a voucher or for the order to be fulfilled. We all knew it was an error, so seems a bit off to be upset that we couldn’t benefit from someone’s mistake.
My order was cancelled, I got a refund in less than 24 hours. I’m ok…hope everyone else is too.
Only issue I could see was the bs excuse that the product was out of stock

MyDeal is an extremely dodgy website and it has nothing to do with the latest VM mistake pricing. I had to report them (as well as many others) after they scammed people who were trying to use an Amex offer back in 2020. Not only they didn’t supply the products ordered but also didn’t refund the money and ignored any communication attempts.

No offense but if you complain about mydeal not providing the wines you are massively deluded. It was never going to be fulfilled and you just wasted your time. Imagine if you owned a business and one of your employees mistakenly put something on the website that was effectively 90% off and it got bombarded with thousands of orders via ozbargain and other sources. If you fulfilled even 1/3 of them you'd probably be out of business.

Mydeal may not be great based on other comments from previous deals mentioned above but you can't seriously expect something like that to come through.
