Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

It seems they update the promotion time, on the entrance it changes to 12:01am 16/04, that means this morning not the last minute of today. but If I click the terms, it still mentions 11:59. Oh, I have purchased 2 cases.

Edit: I didn't read the previous replies. It seems all good now.

Bummer, appears this has closed now, per the website : Promotion closes 12.01am 16/04/23.
The T&Cs say 11.59PM 16/4/23, so that's what I'm going off (I have a Cellarbrations around the corner so will check that today).

Promotion closes 12.01am 16/04/23.

terms and conditions state:
  • Claims open on 27 March 2023 and close at 11:59PM AEST on 16 April 2023 (“Claim Period”).
  • To be eligible to claim a gift, individuals must purchase six (6) bottles of Participating Wine in a single transaction from a participating IBA store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
  • Eligible claimants who make a Qualifying Purchase must visit www.thegoldenboot.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion claim page, input the requested details (including the first name, last name, email address, phone number), upload a copy of their Qualifying Purchase receipt when prompted and submit the fully completed claim form during the Promotional Period.
the issue/confusion is that the T&Cs do not define what the Promotional Period is :(

one might infer that the Promotional Period ends 12.01am 16/04/23, meaning that Qualifying Purchases must be made by then, but eligible claims can be submitted until the end of the Claim Period at 11:59PM AEST on 16 April 2023

however i'm not a lawyer like some people here :)

Couple of cashback offers today. First, Vintage Cellars are doing 20% cb ($50 cap) via Cheddar. Secondly, Boozebud are doing a 20% cb via Shopback ($30 cap), plus there is 15% off all wine and free shipping. No outstanding bargains, but I decided to pick up some Two Paddocks Pinot 2019 for $32.50 a bottle and some Seppelt Drumborg Riesling for $26 a bottle.

Worth keeping an eye out on the BWS clearance items (Cullen/Mosswood may drop further tmr). I picked up some Ata Rangi for $65 today (with 10% 6pack) - not sure if this is a rock bottom price but I had a giftcard to use up as well. WB black ($65) and Shadrach ($60) are alrdy at half price.

Having been burned three times recently by oxidised wine from a BWS store, I’m wondering if even 80% off would be worth it…

I’ve been keeping my eye on the Cullen. The price wasn’t reduced further last Thursday unfortunately.
