Michael is "Click and Collectible", but the 2008 Black Label is not in stock, so you have to get it delivered.


FWIW, I don't mind popping by the local Dan's to pick the order up and have a chat, so generally don't bother with delivery. Unlike the Post Office Dan's is actually open a decent chunk of the day.

To be fair, the only person's permission that should be required is Simon Green's, since he's the one extending the code. If he's intending it to only be available to members of your forum, then it shoudn't be reposted. On the other hand, if he'd said "please share this code with all your friends", then I don't see why anyone needs to attribute this to anywhere. It's neither situation, and that person should have clarified with Simon whether he wants the code disseminated or not.

No he doesn't mind it being shared, he wants to sell wine.
But he didn't say that in his post, until after the event.
He hasn't said to share it when making other offers to my members either.

Some deals are pretty limited in quantity, if they are made on my forum for my members they should at least get a decent chance to use the offer.

This one in fact isn't the best price on this wine, Wine Market had it cheaper a while back and with a 20% off voucher it was about $18 pb landed.

Yeah, I know, everything on the internet is free.
It's not about this particular wine/deal, this isn't even close to the best price it's been.
But this is a fairly new occurrence for my site/forum, pretty much everyone has in the past kept the other members in mind, to give them all a fair chance on the deals, many don't visit every day and on some deals the quantity is limited.

Anyway, I've closed off new subscriptions for a while until the publicity wears off, will see how things go.

Membership has remained fairly static over the past few years, new members replacing those that drop off, a very gradual increase, there are only so many people willing to pay for information.
But that's the way I like it.
At current attrition rates it will be 2-3 months, maybe more before I will open it up again.
