Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

(Hopefully not too off-topic)
Went to the local BWS to browse the specials to then do the Shopback 27% off afterwards.
10+ people bought stuff while I was there.
Not a single one:
Used Shopback to purchase
Scanned their Everyday Rewards card (I don't have one)
Bought through the BWS app discounts

Cost of living pressures? Yeah, nah.

Made we want to set up an advice booth outside.

For those who have a winedirect $50 off offer on their Amex this seems like a good option.

I bit and really enjoyed this one with mstrandye3s chilli this evening

I made up for them- 6 Pikes tranditionale rieslings for $13.50 each. I just paid $23 at cellar door about 2 weeks ago!

The amount of people I speak to that have no idea about cashbacks/ points or think its a waste of time is astonishing yet they are the same ones that comment on how one is able to fly only in F & J 🤣

When I looked at my basket I forced myself to pull stuff out. But let's be honest- even at 50% off BWS prices which put it roughly 33% cheaper than Dan's prices, its already a bargain even before the 27% shopback. Loving life.

BWS wine clearance prices 50% off their regular price. Even at $23 I find it is a stunning example of Clare
You did well to have a BWS with six of something good and cheap on clearance. All the ones in my region seem to make sure each store has just a small few (ie one bottle of a particular line) real bargains on offer.

SirC's thingy makes it very easy to see this now... thanks!

I noticed twe have a mystery mixed 6 pack of likely coldstream hills pinot noir. Any tips on which bottles are likely in the pack ? I imagine perhaps 2 each of the Yarra Valley, deer farm and esplanade ? Unlikely the reserve or block d ? Any thoughts on the value of such pack ?
