Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Good price for the Leston. Might be time to activate my $50 broker credit and grab 12.

$50 broker credit? Is that something you get specially for you or via some form of referral? I'd be keen to have a stab, as I have not used Langtons before, but If there is a way to get it cheaper, I'd be all for it haha

I'm sure you'll get a few offers very shortly :)

I thin he means a lot of people will want to refer you so they get some kickbacks as well.

The person who refers you receives $50 of credit when you make a purchase so I'd imagine some members will be keen to help out.

That wasn't my experience, when I referred some members I got 10% of what they spent. (So I'm told)

I don't think Langtons has a formal referral program, so I think it's pot luck if you get anything. I've never received or been offered anything for anyone I've referred.

Someone (I can only assume WineCompanion) has sent me a second copy of the Halliday Wine Annual (after I purchased one from Booktopia on the free magazine/website sub deal).

Not quite sure what to do with it, would cost almost it's value to post I'm guessing??

Its certainly is in Costco:

Makes the 2010 68 buckers from Dans look cheap huh?

I knew it had been released. The Costco price is what I would expect as a standard shelf price. Several times a year you should be able to get it for around $70 a bottle. Within the last year I got the 1999 for $85 a bottle

The 2010 Shadrach is on Cracka for about $50 with CR and the CRACKAPAYPAL code if anyone is interested.

Had a cracking 2006 on Christmas day last year.
