Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

What was that vertical like btw?

Still sitting in my wine rack - I almost cracked the 1998 (IIRC) last night, until I came across a Bordeaux that I knew my wife would like better.

Perhaps I should have some AFF'ers over to sample with me - my birthday is coming up :D. Am I correct in my recollection that I should drink the aged ones first

What is their black label shiraz like?

Wynns black label is normally outstanding. It is one of the most cellared wines in Australia. I'd normally buy at least 2 cases of this every year.

Easily put it down for 10 years probably even 20. If there's not some in your cellar I'd highly recommend buying now. At a price under $20 it's very good value.

The Wynns black label cab sav works out to be $91.15 per case of 6 = $15.20/bt using a $50 cellarmasters voucher, 5% wish cards, and getting a 10.64 cashrewards cashback. That's more 50% off what I paid for 1 bottle to taste on release...lol
Thanks for the heads up.
