Unfortunately those priced are targeted at Staff, as a staff sale. Not sure how any external person could see them.

Dan Murphy's: Young Brute Red Blend. Jimmy Watson runner up. $9.90 (plus applicable WISH card and CR discounts). Looks interesting. I'm in for a couple of bottles.

I am surprised at you Ralph, no pedigree and a label that screams out at you!
On your recommendation I'll give it a crack also. Thx.

I'm surprised at myself as well!

Jimmy Watson was the hook for me. I've had a number of the winners previously and all have been very good. So I figure a runner up surely must be OK at worst :)

Young Brute Red Blend
I bought a couple of these when they were part of the My Dan murphys special. I think it was 2 for $16 or something close.

Didnt think much of the first bottle, decanted the second one and really enjoyed it. Will be interested to hear what others here think.

Young Brute Red Blend

I was curious about it when I got the Dan's email and checked for a Winecompanion review. Jane Faulkner gave it 90/100, "Brimming with bright sweet Wrattonbully fruit, decent amount of tannin and spice at a good price."

I just got the email and with high praise and a recommendation from Dr Ralph, I've gone in for a dozen. Probably drink one or 2 a month and see if some are worth cellaring
