Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

If anyone is buying some Blackwell (or any St Hallett wines that meet the criteria) from todays Cellar One email - keep the Global Knife promotion in mind - may suit some

There is a list of retailers, and other T& C's at the link

Where can you find which wine meets the criteria? I can only find a bundle pack from vintage cellars so far

Got a call from Dan's today trying to flog 2013 Clarendon Hills Hickinbotham Cab Sav for $40. I had the Grenache and it was just OK.
Seems they've taken on a bunch of Clarendon Hills stock, expect to see it as secret deal wines soon.
Interesting. There has been a bucket load of older vintage Clarendon Hills stock on Langtons auctions, particularly weekend unreserved auctions over recent months. I've bought a few at $15-20 and happy with all of them - as old as 2003. Wonder where all the stock has come from.

I can’t find it now either, it was on an email or FB add where I originally got the promotion link from.

No worries, i did find another promo t&c page via St Hallett site that mentioned a 6 pack of Blackwell. I had $20 credit on cellar one anyway, but actually more interested in the knife 😆

I’ve never used Shopback. Does it track the full price like Cashrewards often does? Are you able to combine Wish cards?

From my experience, yes. And you can purchase using gift cards at DM. Ive been preferring shopback over cashrewards lately. Usually slightly higher cashback and quicker claim time, Cashrewards still stated 95 days for claim?

Shopback
Tracking speed 1 DAY
Claim time 15 DAYS

If opening a shopback account use a referral to grab another $5

White wines definitely discussed in here, mostly Riesling and Chardonnay.

If you prefer whites you might be interested in this thread (largely maintained by the indefatigable qaz):

If only I'd waited an hour to order!

Shopback cashback now 20% (was 7%) for cellarmasters.

My order was for

Laurance Margaret River Icon Cabernet (6-pack) 2013 + Penny's Hill Mclaren Vale Edwards Road Cabernet Sauvignon (6-pack) 2017 (should come back at around $11.28 a bottle EDIT: actually more cashback then anticipated, came back at $9.46 a bottle :))

Few other decent buys i suppose if you need to stock up on quaffers. The Rosenthal is quite light for a Cab but has promise, Chocolate factory to me is always a nice quaffer (should come back at around $5-6 a bottle which will both be crazy value)

Rosenthal Garten Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Zonte's Footstep Chocolate Factory Mclaren Vale Shiraz 2016

Could also chuck the in

Dandelion Pride Of The Fleurieu Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Glenlofty Estate Pyrenees Shiraz 2015
