Is anyone else getting annoyed by the location restrictions on the Under Wraps offers?

Yes. I was just looking at an under-wraps order for a Shiraz-Grenache blend. The site did say that many states were off limits, but QLD was not one of them. When I finally got to checkout it said my items were unavailable. Lost a few minutes of my Life, which I value.....

I've stopped looking at Dan Murphy's under wraps and clearance. It's a huge waste of time when the prices/availabilities change at checkout.

Cross posting from another thread.........................

So SB are sill refusing to rebate me 18% for a $1,600 purchase from CM on Black Friday after clicking through from the SB site because I used a code which they claim they will not honour.

I will NEVER use SB again - what others do totally up to you. - but I would strongly encourage others to give them life also.

SB have also refused to pay the 18% on my $750 purchase from CM on Black Friday. Purchased through SB iPhone app, which I have sent screen shots of - click tracked, but not purchases. Not sure how they can claim it is not valid. I used a Wish card and BlackFriday code, which was on their website - which code did you use?

They claim I used BLACKOUT - I have no idea what code I used - I just used whatever code CM had on their web site to access the 30% discount

I’d escalate that one, you’ve done everything required.

You'll need to have a screenshot of codes (and probably T&Cs) on the Shopback site that day. That's your only possible proof. There were a lot of codes floating around on Black Friday. A code showing on CM does not automatically mean you'll get cashback for it. Has to be on cashback site too.

So i am finding out - bordering on deceitful IMHO - they are happy for you to click through and they will process your Order - then when the dust settles OH bad luck not eligible - OK sure it is the Ts and Cs - still grounds to give them life and broadcast their actions near and far IMHO

As far as I am aware, Blackout was not a valid code on the SB website on Black Friday.
I originally had that code against my cart but swapped to the one listed on SB to be safe. Cost me a few dollars extra but covered myself for getting the cash back.

Send an email to [email protected] attention Suneeta. She’s a team leader and sorted mine out.
ive mhad mixed results with SB and CR, 95% of mine track and cash fine, the odd one doesnt, anda follow up email sorts it out mostly, most of the time they will add it, but I always get told the same thing everytime eg dont use ad blockers, dont do this and that,

consdiering I dont do any of that and shop the same way each time, id expect them to take responsbility for it

For people with CellarDoor.co accounts (invite only, ability to invite others currently not possible) this looks like a cracking deal! With any (6 bottle) case purchase you get to choose a mystery red/wine/sparking case free! Red case valued at $75 and white/sparking $84. Looks like a good way to stock up on quality quaffers. Ends midnight Sunday. One bonus per order so split into multiple orders if need be. Just gotta hope they're not deceiving us with the "wine in a can" BS. Cheers!

Full spiel from the email: *Members who purchase a case of wine from CellarDoor.co wines will receive a bonus case to be chosen from selected mystery bonus cases. Bonus case not transferrable, or redeemable for cash. Offer valid until midnight Sunday 15 December 2019. Offer is automatically applied at checkout, limited to one bonus case per transaction.
This one coincided nicely with my $25 cellardoor.co birthday credit and the chalambar on special. 😁

Also, shopback have 20% at Firstchoice today (capped at $30) some very decent prices on scotch.... and possibly wine😄
