Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Got it for $26 too back then but wasn't impressed by the Brown Label.

Just received an order of Grey Label 2012 for $25 each. I know it's not correct to compare shiraz to blend but if I had to choose at this price range I'll go for the latter.

The Grey Cab Shiraz is stunning. And we got ours for $7/bottle.

So did DM's but it was their own fault...

I missed out on that stuff up from Woolworths. I was fortunate, however, to benefit from the stuff up between Groupon/Woolworths earlier this year where duplicate vouchers were awarded. Still benefiing from that stuff up, which means that there has been a lot of wine purchased for free!

PS. I notice that there's been a distinct lack of 7.5% off WISH card offered since that stuff up!

my schott glasses came in...beautiful, yet plain. thanks again. Can I ask a question about the wolf. personally I don't touch a lot of treasury stuff is this brown another one of the wow wines for you at least? for $44, henschke euphonium is stunning-tried it?

I've only tried the Brown once and it wasn't wow, but probably needed to be decanted. I like the Grey much more. I find I tend to lean more towards a cabernet.... I've not tried a single Henschke....

First Choice Liquor is showing the Henschke Euphonium for $39.90 across any 6 - although the site shows the 2011 version.

Liquorland has 2 bottles of Pepperjack Shiraz and a bottle of Ingoldby Shiraz, all for $40. Probably the best deal I've seen at LL.

I picked that up last week. Preferred the ingoldby to the pepperjack

So you guys rate the WB Brown significantly above the grey? Is it worth grabbing a few? I got the grey labels for $25 in the saltram No.1 deal.

It's a bit out of my price range but thought it may appeal to some here, MyWineGuy is selling 2013 Cullen Diana Madeline 3 packs for $299.97. plus postage. You should be able to reduce this by $50 with the following AMEX code MYAMEXWINES50. The code will work for any order above $200 if something else takes your interest.

they also have/had Rockford Basket Press Shiraz and Woodlands Margaret Reserve Cabernet, as well as Wolf Blass Grey Label Cabernet Shiraz - code ends today

They're worth getting for the price they were as a secret deal ($22.50), don't know if they're worth the current $40+ price though.
