Hadn't seen that, thanks for sharing. They clearly need to educate their customer service team as they just told me on chat they wouldn't be transferring over.From the Frequently Asked Questions
"Yes! We've already transferred your existing reward points and loyalty tier (as of 05.10.2020) over to your account at The Wine Collective. "
Will wait and see what response I get I suppose.
