Spot on. 2004 chalambar. Worth cracking now?My guess it's mostly likely to be the chalambar from 2004-2006 that they were recently selling, with a small number of St Peter's sprinkled in

The excitement seems a bit lost on me, $15 for the Blackwell doesn't seem as crazy as some of the other deals on here?
Easier to scoop from Cellarone without the potential trouble?
I probably haven't cellared mine for long enough, I found it nice enough but not something I personally need heaps of?
I had one last week. Very good.Spot on. 2004 chalambar. Worth cracking now?
There's none in Vic as far as I can tellCheck your local stores guys.
I dropped by the LL I put in a click and collect on Sat and there were 5 bottles sitting on the shelf listed at $53/bottle. Asked the guy to do a price scan and he laughed and said "I think you could be onto something" Sure enough $15/bottle as of 4:45 QLD time
I didn't mention my click and collect order just that I'd seen them online for 15 on the weekend but only managed to drop by today He said he thinks the boss had these out the back as she was planning on getting them herself but then changed her mind.
Still no idea what the state of my supposed click and collect order is but I've just sniped my own bottles
St Hallett all full price in mine. Stonier down from $40 to $30...I think LL is doing little clearance, store specific. St hallet Lord of the land 28->8, hills ridge char 9 and some more, stonier Pinot 10
They might suddenly appear when all the click and collects have been cancelled. There's none in Vic as far as I can tell
I went back to my local LL and asked if they were getting any more stock in soon and was told it was a deleted line. Perhaps that's the reason for the unusual price. What doesn't make sense is if that is the case why are the Click and Collect offers not being honoured????I think LL is doing little clearance, store specific. St hallet Lord of the land 28->8, hills ridge char 9 and some more, stonier Pinot 10

Thank you for your recent order with us.
We have procedures in place to help minimize out of stock situations, however unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we are currently out of stock of St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz 750mL.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, as we certainly understand how frustrating it is when a product ordered is unavailable.
As there is no suitable replacement for this product, we have cancelled your order and issued a refund in full.
Same with my delivery order, all quiet on the LL frontSimilar text message for my click and collect order just came in. and money refunded to my card.
My delivery order is still charged to my card and no cancellation as of yet.
Plot thickens for mine. Instead of refunding one of my orders they have charged it again.Similar text message for my click and collect order just came in. and money refunded to my card.

Two other orders from Sat I have heard nothing. Going to see how long they stay open for. The thing that gets me, if they dont have stock how hard would it be for someone from the store to call up and say 'Hey you just placed an order for x bottles, I'm really sorry but we will have to refund you as we have none in the store, my apologies'. To just do nothing is really poor.
Agree, poorest customer service. Good time to go on their facebook site to expess a customer view if (once) I get a similar message.Yep.
Just added to my post but I thought the "no suitable replacement" was particularly rich. There are plenty of bottles of similar RRP I'd have been prepared to take as replacement if asked.
Their stock control seems reasonably accurate so I don't believe they accidentally sold more stock than was on hand in each store.Plot thickens for mine. Instead of refunding one of my orders they have charged it again.

Imagine ordering a couple of bottles on a Saturday to go to a dinner party the following night and 5 days later you still dont have a pickup text.Liquorland and known to be dodgy. This is not the first time they make price errors and don’t own up and apologise. Let’s be clear, this was in store only clearance at selected stores and should not have been available for order online. They did not run out of stock! Expect to receive full refund in the next couple of days but don’t expect any apology nor any offer for replacement like VC usually do when they stuff up.
It was available online and processed normally, I dont see what the difference is between stock in the shop or online for the same price.Liquorland and known to be dodgy.
