Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Any ideas on what these two underwraps could be:

Under Wraps McLaren Vale Grenache 2018

One of the most iconic and oldest brands of the McLaren Vale region with origins dating back to the late 1830's. A medium bodied red that with well polished and steady texture. With no residual sugar the succulent whole tannins give the illusion of sweetness.

Under Wraps Eden Valley Reserve Riesling 2019

The Reserve Riesling is made from the very best fruit picked from one of four Riesling blocks. This year block 7 stood out and was chosen to this Under Wraps. Pale straw with a citrus blossom nose and a beautifully balanced palate of lemon and minerality. A classy, seamless, linear Eden Valley Riesling from a low yielding but exceptional vintage. Drink now, but it will cellar for ever.

Thank you!!
The Grenache looks like the Richard Hamilton Burton's Vineyard McLaren Vale Grenache 2018.

Austins & Co. Shiraz is back on Dan's but the 2015 this time, as the Under Wraps Geelong Shiraz 2015, $12.90 per bottle plus delivery. Looks like Austins are using Dan's to clear out all their old stock after rebranding to 6ft6. I really liked their Austins & Co. Custom Collection Ruby Geelong Pinot Noir 2015 which I got from Dan for $9 a bottle, so happy to give this one a go.
I have tried this and didn’t mind it. I obviously liked it enough to buy another two bottles!! :) I don’t think it’s as good as the Pinot Noir though

I purchased both Austin & Co Shiraz and Pinot when DM had them for $9 a bottle back in Nov last year in order to keep my daughters paws away from my prized possessions. I tried them both and thought it wasn’t too bad. Agreed that I preferred Pinot but only because I am not a huge fan of light to medium bodied Shiraz. That said the Shiraz was actually quite good on the first day, nice acidity but the next day it was a bit lacklustre. So if you get it, I would recommend to drink the whole bottle on the day you open it!

Not sure whether many would consider this a bargain in light of recent Penfolds discussion but some might, particularly those without the means to properly cellar wine. Penfolds Bin 8 Cabernet Shiraz 2012 is available at LL (delivery) and First Choice (instore and delivery) for $35 ("reduced" from $50)

I last purchased the current release (2018) from LL in September for $28 less a 20% cashback which brought it to just under $23 a bottle but I will not open those for a few more years. I'm normally happy to pay a bit of a premium for something I can drink right away.

Good find.
And wee cheaper at VC at $30 flat.

That Dan Murphy's Margaret River Shiraz description has word for word description on 2018 Juniper Estate Crossing Shiraz.

"The warm weather during the 2018 vintage produced a beautiful array of fruit characters in this Shiraz with mulberry, blueberry, blackberry, liquorice, plum, raspberry & cherry notes, along with vanilla pod and cinnamon characters from the new oak."

But RRP doesn't match.

Yeah, I’m not sure what it is. I’m tempted to buy just to see.

Anyone know what wines they are including in the non taittinger pack?
