Step 1, read AFF - all this is here for you to learn.
Step 2, sign up to cashrewards through a referral on AFF (and Pricepal)

Beside the Entertainment Book being unlikely to disappear, the Family & Friends referral seems to be a recent introduction - I wasn't even aware of it until someone pm'd me yesterday and don't know what, if any, benefit there is beyond access - feel free to pm me if you need help
