18 over the 17 you reckon?Kalimna is a remarkable wine. I had a 1999 last night. Although the $45 RRP is outrageous. I had no hesitation in getting a bottle of the 2018 for $20.

Yes. Purely on how long Penfolds says it will cellar for. I need to have as long as possible on the cellaring date.18 over the 17 you reckon?
Most probably I won't be here come 2038Yes. Purely on how long Penfolds says it will cellar for. I need to have as long as possible on the cellaring date.
2017 to 2030
2018 to 2038
Wynns PX is good if you like your fortified... Can't go wrong at that price.Has anyone tried the Wynns Pedro Ximinez? I don't really rate the black label shiraz and don't love the V&A wines
Now now. The rule of thirds would say it'll be at its best 2024 - 2031, then downhill. Most probably I won't be here come 2038
I have. Excellent. Especially at this price.Has anyone tried the Wynns Pedro Ximinez? I don't really rate the black label shiraz and don't love the V&A wines
Kalimna is a remarkable wine.
Damn, been after some of them and I'm just down the road at Avalon BeachThanks! Grabbed the last lot
I haven't been a purchaser of many penfolds products but I finally found the second entry in the last eight years. Back in may2016, my drinking mate and I had the 2003 Koonunga Hill. Yes i hear you say, the cheapest or close to it. I think i had it for a decade and what an amazing one off wine. We both gave it 8.4/10 and it was tremendous. Everything there, fruit, colour, nose, body, structure. It's one of those you remember for decades not for the fact that you could buy one at Dannys for $13.60 at the time of imbibement, crikes what a ridiculous thing for me to have written, but for the fact it blew us out of the park.Kalimna is a remarkable wine. I had a 1999 last night. Although the $45 RRP is outrageous. I had no hesitation in getting a bottle of the 2018 for $20. I would have bought 100 at that price.
Yep it's quite good actuallyHas anyone tried the Wynns Pedro Ximinez? I don't really rate the black label shiraz and don't love the V&A wines

join the newsletter. This gives 10% off current prices and free shipping. Use code SINGAPORE25 (can be a bit fiddly applying the code for some reason) to take off $25 which makes a couple of options worthwhile. Bin 28 either 2017 or 2018 for $20 delivered or bottle of father grand tawny for $7 probably some others that might be reasonable deals but that seems like the best two
BIRTHDAY25 isn't working for me at Wynns unfortunately.
