I’d be guessing $450 could be Penfold Luxury pack - given max rrpis $650 and the 2023 pack was valued around $600. You can get the luxury pack anyway for $450 if you search for it on site

I'm wary of the $450 pack containing nothing but Wolf Blass. Tempted though, and even though it is currently heavily discounted the Platinum and Black labels are very good wines.

I think this is very likely.

Entirely speculation but the $450 pack being valued at a $954.99 RRP is interesting because CellarDoor almost never uses $xx.99 prices.

I'd therefore say it's a pretty good guess that this box contains The Master Cab Shiraz at an RRP of $349.99. $x5.00 are fairly rare as well, so I'd say there'll be a $35 RRP grey label, which gives you $570 worth of RRP left to split between your four remaining bottles, which would whittle away quickly on a couple of $200 RRP platinum labels / $130 RRP black labels etc.

Well, except they state a max RRP of $650 in thr T&Cs. So, is rrp of $954.98 correct?

Promotion starts 12.01am AEDT Friday 28th March 2025 and ends 11.59pm AEDT Friday 28th March 2025. Packs may contain a mixed or straight selection of brands, varietals, or both. Minimum RRP $164 and maximum RRP $650.

All CellarDoor RRPs should be taken with very hefty grains of salt, especially when they're a step or two down the rabbit hole from the mystery wines landing page itself. I can't comment more than that they have a page with that price listed. 😅

For what it's worth, taking a closer look at the Wolf Blass wines they have listed, I reach a match of the $954.99 combined RRP with something like:
Which is complete speculation but would be my best guess at what you'll receive here.

Good time for our member from the cellardoor team to provide some hints

I've actually never taken part in these cellardoor sales but I am down to my last bottle of 2015 chalambar and god it's amazing for a wine under 20 for cellaring. Can i take it as a certainty that MixC is a dozen Seppelt Chalambar at $13.30 a pop? At that price, and with the REDGABLES code for a free 6 pack of some cooking wine to go with it, I'm in.

Apologies for the silly question but have never paid enough attention to these ones to know if the 'reveals' are certain.

I don't believe that you should ever regard the information provided in this thread as 'a certainty'. Despite the best intentions of AFF members and even if they were 'right' when they posted, things can and do change. Having said that, @SirCrumpet has a stellar reputation for accuracy in my experience and I can see no reason to doubt them this time.

From what I can see it's a $299+ spend to use that code. MixC total for a dozen is only $160. Your post suggests only that you would purchase 'a dozen'. To use the code you'll need to purchase more Chalambar (and 24 of any wine is a lot) or something else to get to the minimum purchase price required. Chalambar at $10 to $12 is my buy in price.

Appreciate that, but if it wasn't clear from my post, I'm just looking for some level of guidance on the 'swing in the dark' to 'you'd be quite confident' spectrum. I'm not looking for anyone to sign a blood contract.

correct, so I'd buy two.
