Because we have 3.3mtr ceilings at the rear split of the house I made sure we could use the under stairs space for storage, aka the Harry Potter room. Access is via the study nook. Turn sound on

I wonder if one day someone will turn this into wine storage or the nook into a makeup area, as its next to the master bathroom, but for now its this.

What a fantastic space, the options are endless.

Not the powder room toilet but there was a group huddle to look at the instructions for our toilet as they dont see many of the Roca ones

Edit. Oh the one in the bathroom has an isolation switch as well - found this out yesterday. Wasnt expecting that. But I know others have installed a bidet seat to their current toilet with no issues

We got some flooring yesterday

I was worried it would be too dark but it looks good. We also have carpet to be installed. We only had hard flooring in our old dining room so I'm guessing I will get some non slip socks for winter, for just in case.

Kitchen sink arrival!

And Caesarstone on site, drilling hole for tap but we couldn't find the tap so hopefully the plumbers have it. Tap is a 2 in 1, inc filtered water

Our sign from Milkcan arrived. Very impressed with the quality, I wonder if their parcels mailboxes are just as well made because this is impressive. 316 SS and laser etched.




Now to figure out if I want a white or blue power point on the side of the island bench. I prefer white over black but do I change it to blue or white?
