Based in Perth, only need 65 SC to get to Qantas next tier, unfortunately before the 31st July, relying on a few restrictions eased to achieve this. Please inform me the best flights to do this own domestically.

With internal restrictions lifted in WA might be your easiest option. J to Kal return gives 80.

Yep. For the remaining few status credits, if you still need them, I think a return trip to somewhere in WA would have to do. I assume you're still allowed to fly within the state?

Yes correct, at this time only within state so for me this is WA. I might be able to scrap in if the borders open 1st July.

Have you qualified for either Points Club or Points Club Plus? For 65 SC it may also be worth looking at Classic Award redemptions which earn SC under the new Points Club benefits. As an example:

PER-BME-PER in Business would earn 48 SC. 55.2k points + $109 taxes and QF lets you book a direct turn.
PER-GET-PET in Economy would earn the other 20 SC. 16k points + $114 taxes. (Edit: was looking at the wrong column, it only earns 14 SC return. But you get the gist - let us know if you've qualified for Points Club)

Can I ask how you book this Danger?

I used Matrix and searched as per the attached. Using PowerTools, I was then able to go straight to AA and the fare was the same (although I didn't book it). If you don't have PowerTools, you may be able to replicate it directly on the AA site, or possibly even call AA and give them the flight numbers.

Unfortunately have only just started earning and collecting so I am a little off the Points club level. Basic points earning for me at this stage. If the borders open PER-Mackay on flex earns 60SC for only $761

@LukeP Qantas has just added some more intra-WA flights to its schedule starting from late June. That might be your best bet, rather than hoping borders will reopen in time.

Qantas flights within WA are now available on the following routes (the left column is the current frequency, and the right column shows frequency from the end of this month):
