Mine came through some time ago, but not my partners, my parents nor my sisters.

We followed up with Qantas and were advised that only flights "booked and flown" during the period were eligible for this 500 points offer. So any flights booked before the offer period began, but flown during the period were ineligible for this bonus.

So if you booked before the offer period - TOUGH!
