Does Qantas cancel international flights due to low loads?

Ah as in, instead of using QF81/84 as previously, it’s now QF81/82 and a retiming 30 mins earlier?

QF82 exists as of today. It flies irregularly (possibly to cover the finair plane) from SIN - SYD as well. Could be something else, could just be them consolidating the flight numbers.
