Well, I hope you had better luck than I did. Was told I might have to wait until eight weeks.
 
Flew MEL-SYD-CNS-SYD-MEL on the weekend and all double status credits have posted today! 80SC more to go to retain WP :D

What a waste of time. Told it could take longer ...or not.

Tried to tell me that they have only been crediting automatically in the last few days.

My issue is whether next weeks flights will get DCS's.

Depsite assurances "everything SHOULD be fine", I am not going to burn the points without DSC's.

An escalation has been promised and a call back but only after refusing to accept assurances.

If you booked as part of the general promo then domestic flights booked Dec 1-31 and flown pre Jan 31 will be fine. If you haven't booked yet, then no deal.
 
DSC for my flight yesterday posted already. Nothing for December. Might need to call about those.

Not quite - they were around Christmas.

I don't actually need them so am not in a rush.
 
The double SC for flights taken in Dec took about 6 weeks to post but I received the double SC for the flights taken last Sat almost immediately. I had 8 domestic flights for Jan - if only my company booked that in December - sigh!
 
I was waiting for my last flight (15 Jan) to credit the bonus status credits. They came through on Mon 20th.

All SC's that I have been waiting on have been credited and no need for a phone call to correct any mistakes etc.
 
We travelled with a 5yo so to make it easier for her our status run involved a flight, rest a day, 1 flight next day, 2 flights next day, 2 flights next day, rest for a few and quick flight home. 5yo is in great form but we are exhausted. I am questioning if we should have just done as others and cram as much in as possible in a day and then relax for a while at the other side. Maybe something to try next time.

End result is BH is now WP, which is good as I will probably loose mine in 4 months time. Then again, the temptation closer to then might be all too great and I might do it again solo.

We enjoyed all our flights, even the few in Y, and the staff are an asset to the airline.

But if you had crammed it all into one day, we would not have met you in two different airport lounges on two different days! :)
 
Does anyone think we will see the regular targeted double status credits offer this year?

Or have they blown their budget with the blanket Dbl status offer over christmas?

I think we will know the answer April 22, given the trading conditions I doubt it won't happen.
