My DSC for Saturday's flights have posted this morning. I'm so pleased there's not a six week wait any more.
Perhaps some manual crediting coming up, rather than being automatic.
You should call QF. I had a JASA flight booked on 1 December for which the DSCs didn't post even though flights booked at a later date did as part of the bulk credit this morning. When I spoke to QF, they told me the system was showing the booking was made on 30 November. Having read somewhere here about this system time issue, I told them to check given my Activity Statement shows points were deducted on 1 December. In the end, they did a manual credit of the DSCs which showed up immediately.
Even though you are registered, and acknowledged as such, you may still need to follow this up if your booking 'appears' to fall outside the time limits.
I am flying Melbourne to Brisbane this afternoon on a DSC (booked as a JASA). When I checked in at the kiosk it said there was an earlier flight available and did I wish to change flights. I stayed with my original flight because I wasn't sure whether I would still get the double Status credits. For future reference could someone please let me know what happens in these cases if you change to an earlier flight. Thanks.
Did you ever get an answer to this question? I'd be interested to know the answer.
We moved to an earlier flight on Thursday, so will let you know. The normal points/SCs have only just posted.Did you ever get an answer to this question? I'd be interested to know the answer.
Seems like they got the system up and running and now it's all running fairly smoothly.
DSCs from Wed/Thurs flights have posted this morning. One of them has posted for 10 as opposed to 40, so I have rung QF and waiting for a call back. One of the flights had to have the original points and SCs entered, so that may be the culprit.
