I haven't checked, but don't the T&Cs of such offers normally say bonus points could take up to 6 weeks to credit? I'd hold off on the lawyers just for the moment.
Fully prepared to have to wait out the 6 weeks. My only problem is that it's going to get close to 31 May reassessment date and I have 895 SCs already. I'm not risking missing out on Platinum and I don't want to rely on double SCs posting after reassessment date so there is every chance that I could end up with more than 1200 SCs which is a waste.

I hate the inconsistency how some bookings credit on time and other bookings do not credit on time and go the distance. Makes no sense.

Agree it is a really efficient system in regards to technology available these days.

Easy fix just award ALL FF who have booked between those dates DSC issue solved. Why do we have to register??????????

Status credits, including double status credits are applicable to the time you flew and earned. So even if they post after your anniversary date, they will count toward your previous year.

Correct it is back dated to date of travel.

That's correct but I don't want to be sitting in 1000 SCs on 31 May waiting for 200 SCs to be applied to account. I'm eligible for those double SCs but I have no trust in Qantas customer care. None.

Agree with that. Waiting for something that you are unsure will ever happen. And there goes WP if it doesn’t.

I had problems with my flights not posting. Got that sorted and no DSCs. Queried that and was told I hadn't registered. I forwarded the confirmation email and DSCs were promptly manually posted.

I don't trust them either so I printed a copy of my QFF statement where the original status credits where put on for the flights and kept my boarding pass for both flights

Does anyone know what happens re DSC when you cancel a booking in exchange for a voucher? I assume the voucher is a PNR with no flights attached, like standard QF vouchers. But will it be the same PNR as the original booking, and if so should DSCs still be earned if the voucher is used for a flight before the end of the DSC period?

Not if you have your records to back up your claim. Yes it can be a tedious process. But invariably things work out.

Flown Sunday, DCS posted today. Booked about three weeks ago and in that time has been changed a couple of times and also re-routed.

I cancelled a booking last year for a voucher and the voucher had the same PNR. When I then booked a new flight down the track, the PNR was still the same. The original booking wasn't made during a promo, however I'm pretty sure that if it was it would have been just fine.

Never achieved gold yet. Hope they run the double status credit promotion more often

My 2nd booking that I flew on Sunday has not posted double SCs either. Now almost 3 weeks since I flew the 1st booking and still no double SCs.

Very disappointing. This is going to be a long drawn out process if I have to follow up every delayed booking.

Is your tactic going to be following up each booking as they occur, or in one go when you’re expected to near requalification? I wonder if we keep asking about delayed bookings the secret sauce will be refused/taken away?

Will follow up each booking as the 6 weeks comes up. Still don't understand how some bookings are processing automatically and others have issues.

They will, I have already done this for this promotion.

Flew last week. DSCs not posted. Emailed QFF and prompt reply that DSCs can take 6 weeks. Useless. Just have to wait!
