double status credits booking but QF has cancelled one flight and rebooked as Air NZ - do I still get the double status credits?

4 months after the flight, finally got the correct points posted today!

Edit: No response from the email, QFF misunderstood, more information requested, processed but incorrect SC were credited .....?

Hope it doesn't take me that long to get my points credited as my membership anniversary is at the end of August. Glad you got sorted it sorted our Falcs

Update - after reading about other peoples' experiences, I decided to use webchat to make my third attempt to get the points credited (after unsuccessful email and phone call). Thankfully this worked. Points and status credited. Phew.
