With previous offers the double SCs apply based on the person that took the flight. For example, person A received the SC offer and is pooling to person B. If person A took a flight, person B receives all the SCs including the double SC offer.

If person C is pooling to person D, and person D received the double SC offer but not person C, then any flights pooled from C to D would not receive double SCs.
