Pleased to note a simple BNE-MEL booked got the double earn through automatically with ~3 day lag, despite 4hr delay and last minute flight change and lost baggage (the meltdown day of travel when SYD, MEL, ADL and NCL all having issues the other week) .

Flights from last Thursday have now posted their DSC.

Only 2 sectors left this year on Thursday, will be happy to have some time away from a plane

Had enough double yolkers for this year

Flights booked during this promo with vouchers from the previous promo are crediting perfectly.

Credit to QF which is due as the DSC from my flights on Saturday were posted on Monday.

Hope this will be the norm for this round of promo as I have a couple of bookings to come.

They’ve been regularly posting well.

yes just had mine from the weekend post. still none from a month ago though sowill have to wait till the new year to qury but yes, in general good to have the DSC post as expected.

I really think these promos wind up like some bookings that need manual inteventioin and go to the far queue... if they post within 2-3 days it's all good.. if not, they probably won't without dealing with a human.

My final flights for the year have posted as well as the DSC - a half day trip to EMD yielding 40 SC's. Does it get any better?

My DSC total for the year is 275 (all from Discount Economy flights, but with about half flown in J due to point upgrades). Many thanks to Qantas for their generous spirit in 2018. Long may it continue in 2019 (well at least until August, it will :D ) .

Has anyone used GV for this promotion and been successful

Some have been successful and some not. Some had to push with varying results. Some didn't bother.

There are many anecdotes in the previous 400+ posts ...

We were awarded DSC on outgoing but not return flight. There’s a bit of a positive issue in both of our accounts so we figured we wouldn’t raise any flags.

Yes. I see your EMD and raise you day trip to MEL yielding 80 SCs with 4 flights delayed, missed connection and aircraft swap from A330 to 737. ;)

Oh but double SCs haven't posted yet.

I’m seeing DSCs posting about 2-3 days after here. Which is good. But I wonder what impact the Christmas/New Years break will have on Qantas’s Rube Goldberg machine used to transfer thsr SCs. They will pop me up a level before my time runs out on New Year’s Day. But will I see them in time? If at all?
I have another flight before New Years that will take me over. But it’s with Jetstar on a bundle, and gosh knows if that will be credited in time either.
Anyone got any thoughts?
