Double Status Credits promotion (Book by 27/2/24, travel 28/2/24-14/2/25)

Yes, from a Feb trip.

116 days. 6 emails. 11 phone calls and a formal complaint and I’m still waiting.

Oh, and nothing posted for Tuesday’s trip either.

I’ve had nothing post for any of my 5 trips since Feb and I fear I might have a permanent glitch with my account.
That needs sorting. My account is correct for Tuesdays flights and with DSC but the other half isn't. I can understand kind of DSC not posting, but to have them posted but not 'counted' is crazy.

Wonder if it's also related to this?

Qantas = Count-as?

Has anyone used the banker bookings towards business class fares.
I was trying to use them to book trans-tasman flights now that there is a sale.

I noticed a big discrepancy in pricing between the Normal website and the Flight credit options even though both a "business sale" fares.

Is this expected?

I've encountered this same issue tonight as well. Frustrating.

I'm not going to call at this time of night to try to sort it out. And with the sale ending in an hour or so, I'll think I'll be passing on making a booking under the current sale. I should have gotten my act together sooner!

Been running a seperate spreadsheet for a while anyway, as I imagine many on this forum do!
Well... yes... but only every SC earned since 2014; the associated LT tally; which flights they were on; calculations for when loyalty bonuses are attained and will be redeemed; Green tier bonuses; thank you bonuses; QF errors in our favour; PC+ rollover; automated multipliers for DSCs and estimates for future travel.... but other than that... no.

Amateur! 😂

Would anyone care to share a template? I used to do this but gave up during covid with all the rollovers!

Submitted an ORC request back on April 26th (day of travel and involuntary change). ORC was processed and updated into my account on April 27th (sans DSC). 8 week period has now elapsed, so I've duly submitted a follow-up request to chase down my DSC. Hopefully this will be painless...

Successfully credited.

Contacted Qantas, they're asking for a copy of the e-ticket to show I redeemed the voucher during the promotional period. I've sent it through so we'll see how this goes.

The thing is though... they have my PNR. Why can't they pull up the e-ticket? Surely that's basic functionality you'd expect their IT system to have. Well, it is Qantas after all :)
After another round of back and forth emails and quoting the FAQs on the DSC promo page explicitly, my DSCs have finally been credited.

Sadly had to cancel and cpnvert one booking into a voucher then use that for another trip. The prices for the voucher trip for the exact same flights 'booked' without it were a couple of hundred dollars higher.

Data Point only. Booked: PER - (MEL-SYD-AKL-SYD-MEL) - BNE - PER to fly over the weekend. In brackets paid J, external brackets paid Y or CR J.

PER-MEL-SYD became PER-SYD at QF's request due to a faulty seat (ORC email sent in this morning). DSC's for the first two flights, paid Y (upgraded, yay) PER-SYD, Fri red eye, and Paid J AKL-SYD, QF145 (Sat 6th July) are in.

Now to give them a few days for the ORC. Wish me luck.

Edit (9th July): Rest of the double SC's came in last night. ORC 40 have come through (with it Gold Status). Waiting on the double of the ORC 40. Should've added originally thanks to @sudoer for the suggested inclusions/attachments in an ORC email. Took a screenshot of the post and referred to it yesterday morning.
