Contacted Qantas, they're asking for a copy of the e-ticket to show I redeemed the voucher during the promotional period. I've sent it through so we'll see how this goes.DSCs for flights last week that I booked with a voucher (voucher issued before DSC period, but booking made during DSC period) have, as predicted, not credited. Looks like I'll probably have to contact Qantas about this at some point.
DSC should have been granted per the FAQ.

The thing is though... they have my PNR. Why can't they pull up the e-ticket? Surely that's basic functionality you'd expect their IT system to have. Well, it is Qantas after all
