Double Status Credits Virgin Australia Activate by 10th Feb 2023. and Travel by 31st March 2023

So i activated the offer, booked a return flight MEL-OOL and have subsequently travelled on the flight - thus meeting all the requirements of the offer.
The standard +20 SC's per sector have since been credited to my account but not the bonus DSC's.

Will Velocity post the double status credits separately? Or do I need to give the velo team a call and see whats up?

Thanks

My experience last DSC offer I received the double SCs in one transaction, not separated.

In my case the bonus SC is a separate entry in the activity history, and registered at the same time as the regular SC.

I flew two sectors on Tuesday and points and status credits posted within an hour of landing. Double SC posted on a seperate line at the same time

I wasn’t expecting to fly with VA during the promo period so didn’t bother activating this offer, but had a last minute business trip booked on VA and only remembered to activate the offer after the booking was made. Wasn’t expecting anything, but double SCs landed in my account shortly after the return flight. Pleasantly surprised!

I recently took the Perth-Melbourne via Adelaide route (limited options for Perth-based travellers) on business fare. It says 135 SC when making the booking (and it was mixed cabin - the Perth-Adelaide leg was econ). I got 35 SC for this leg so I called Velocity to rectify the difference (should be 80 SC). Has anyone had the same issue, or am I in the wrong?

So your ticket said J fare all the way? That's what you paid for?

And you called velocity and they did give you the 80SCs for the Per-Adelaide route?

Good result. Albeit not sitting in J.

Yes, fare type was business for both legs, and I paid for that. Fare basis said KZFL0 (Perth-Adelaide) and DZBU0 (Adelaide-Melbourne).

Before booking, I read a blog from a traveller who took the same route in Dec 2022 but in a reverse order (MEL-PER via ADL) got 80+55, so I was rather surprised when I received 35+55 only. Took me an hour on the phone to rectify.

Couple of flights this morning, both sectors posted within 1-2 hours of landing and double status credits also posted (as others have said as a seperate line). How it should be!

Edit - all four sectors today have all posted correctly all within that circa 2hr period.

Well I'm in a fight with Velocity/Virgin for my DSC.
I activated the offer on the first day it was released - the Monday 30th Jan
Activated the offer in the iOS app at around 9.15am
Booked MEL-OOL ret at 9.30am same day as I had already planned to do this trip without DSC - but in J to get enough SC's to maintain membership tier.

Took the flights on the 11th Feb... No DSCs posted.
Contacted Velocity and they are saying I booked these flights on the 29th (Impossible)
Paid for the flights with Amex - Amex have confirmed the dates and times of the bookings - providing date and time stamps of the transactions
E-tickets for virgin show the 30th.
Emails show the 30th.
🤷‍♂️
This'll be fun to sort out.....
