Double Status Credits

Historically my double status credits have been applied within 3 days both international and domestic. Until now that is, from a flight booked prior to June 30 flown in first week of July, I am yet to receive. Many others here experinecing such delays?

Are you registered for the April or May version of the Double SC promo?

I am on the April promo and flights in July are not eligible.
