Does the registration link still work?
They are in post #7 of this thread tough.
I'm late to this party so don't flame me for asking the following question.... is this link the one for double points for flights or for wine purchases etc? I registered for it but the terms and conditions and any information about it just redirect to qantaspoints.com
This is for the non-flights (hence, the reference to "on the ground") offer.
Indeed but that's not the point that was being made. They are in post #7 of this thread tough.

Have registered. Won't be earning too many points, if at all, but anything is better than nothing.
For the time being I don't want to purchase QFF points and value $10 more than 870 QFF points. Yes that is sad how the QFF program has deteriorated. You will at least earn on your WR points if you have them set to transer to QFF.
Though remember that you are doubling your QFF points upto 5K per account. For the time being I don't want to purchase QFF points and value $10 more than 870 QFF points. Yes that is sad how the QFF program has deteriorated.
Still sitting on 1.2 QFF points. If I had the time and booked some Oneworld awards the value of a QFF point increases to about 1.5c/point.
I don't have other ways of earning additional QFF points but as I can't use the QFF points I have now there is no point accumulating more.Though remember that you are doubling your QFF points upto 5K per account.
So you would need to value $10 more than 1740 QFF points. Unless you have other ways of gaining the 5000 QFF points.
Hi,
Apparently this was targeted if you didn't receive the email you won't get the points
My understanding is that bonus points won't be awarded until after the promotion end dateHas anyone received any double points for the period ending April 30? I haven't.
"... points can take up to 40 days to hit your account ..."

Maybe, but that has all the hallmarks of a standard term often used in promotions. Not as relevant as the part that says:
All bonus points earned as part of this promotion will be credited into your account within 10 weeks of the promotion end date.
